Terms & Conditions
- This program is exclusively for individuals aged 12 to 21.
- Parental or legal guardian consent is required for all patients under the age of 18. Consent forms must be signed prior to the first treatment.
- A parent or guardian must remain on the premises (in the waiting area) during the entire treatment session for patients under 18.
- This program is not valid with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- A skin consultation is required before starting treatments to confirm eligibility and customize a care plan.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
- 3-month minimum commitment required at enrollment.
- Cancel anytime after the initial term with 15 days’ written notice sent to frontdesk@drbmedspa.com. No sign-up or cancellation fees.
- Monthly fees ($140 Level 1/ $440 Level 2 ) are auto-debited and stored as non-refundable, non-transferable credits in your Account.
- No banking of perks: Unused monthly treatments or add-ons will not roll over. Be sure to enjoy your benefits each month!
- This Club is not a financing agreement or installment plan.
